Personnel involved included: Funmi Ononaiye, Paul Nickerson, Kamati Pinkston and Christina Freund.
Lenny "Walker Man" Charles owned the building in Tribeca in which the label's office was based.
The first release on Claussell's successor label Sacred Rhythm Music was in 2005.
