To say that Dimi Angélis has been around is to state the obvious. Hailing from Amsterdam, his career dates back to the late 1990’s when he organised his first illegal warehouse parties. As techno took hold of the city, Dimi became part of a hungry, fast-growing underground—years that helped shape both his musical instincts and his craft as a DJ. Staying true to his sound, Dimi has evolved over the years into one of the most renowned producers and DJs worldwide.

Since then, Dimi has played across Europe, Asia, and both North and Latin America. His path has taken him to institutions like Berghain and Tresor, as well as festivals including Awakenings and Dekmantel, among many others.

In the studio, Dimi has built a deep catalogue spread across a wide range of respected imprints. His work has landed on labels such as Axis Records, Warm Up Recordings, Mord, KEY Vinyl, Tar Hallow, Dekmantel and A&S—the label he co-owns with Jeroen Search. Since 2014, he has also curated and run his own imprint, ANGLS, a focused outlet through which he regularly releases new music.
